Braxton grew up in the Flint Hills of Kansas. He took many family vacations to the Rocky Mountains as a kid and fell in love with all the possibilities The Rockies offered. He loves skiing, ice climbing, and mountaineering in the winter; and climbing, hiking, and backpacking in the summer. Braxton is a NOLS Wilderness First Responder, and he has a strong interest in search and rescue. He moved to Estes Park in 2021 and started his first guide job – guiding winter snowshoe hikes. His first love has always been climbing and he is stoked to be working doing what he loves!
