Testimonials
“Our experience with KMAC Guides was nothing short of exceptional. We brought 14 students from Polaris School for Expeditionary Learning for an Avalanche education course, and the KMAC team handled the group with incredible professionalism, safety, and engagement.
Patrick Forester, Assistant Principal-Polaris Expeditionary Learning School
Providing avalanche education to a large group of students requires a delicate balance of technical rigor and approachable mentorship—and KMAC nailed it. The instructors didn’t just teach the science of snowpack; they fostered ‘productive struggle,’ encouraged critical decision-making, and helped our students push past their comfort zones in a high-consequence environment.
It’s rare to find an outfit that can manage the logistics of a school group while maintaining such a high standard of individual instruction. Our students walked away with life-saving skills and a deepened connection to the mountains. If you are looking for an outdoor education partner that understands how to inspire and challenge young people, look no further than KMAC.”
Thank you for an unforgettable ‘Intensive’—we can’t wait to work with you again!
