Bio- Samie grew up as a military brat moving all around the US and parts of Germany. This imbedded her love of travel, culture and adventure. After graduating college in 2012 she found rock climbing and immersed herself in learning everything she could. In 2017 she took her SPI course and knew guiding was her path. She has since completed several AMGA courses and is an Apprentice Alpine and Rock Guide. She also holds a WFR.
Samies passion is to mentor those in the mountains. Whether it’s teaching anchor building/cleaning or guiding longer routes she wants you to walk away feeling more confident as a climber.
